This one comes via Funny Pages 2.0 and has some great possibilities for the low-budget film makers amongst us.

Vaguely based on the ‘Choose your own adventure books,’ The site creators explain their aim:

We create a short video clip or “Rootclip” to start the story. You watch our video, then shoot your own rendition of what should happen in the next one minute. Once you’ve created your video, upload it to Rootclip.com during the submission period and compete for votes against the videos from other users. Gain the most “thumbs up” votes during the voting period and your video becomes the next chapter in the story.

Now that the 10’s and 11’s have a video camera and some of the best video editing packages I’ve seen, the sky’s the limit. There are countless opportunities like this everywhere. Get working guys.
